Charlotte E Harkins, 84, of 923 Dickson Parkway, widow of Everett Harkins, died early Tuesday morning at her home.  She was born June 16, 1895, in Morgan County, and lived in the Mansfield area most of her life.  Mrs. Harkins was a member of the Church of Christ on North Brookwood Way and a member of the Pythian Sisters.  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sheldon (Lee) Miller of Mansfield and Mrs. Richard (Lola) Marshall of Seattle, Wash.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Love of Tiffin; and one brother, Joe Carter of Phoenix, Ariz.  Funeral arrangements, by the Wappner Funeral Directors, are incomplete.

Funeral services for Charlotte E Harkins, 84, of 923 Dickson Parkway, widow of Everett Harkins, who died Tuesday at her home, will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Diamond Street home of the Wappner Funeral Directors by Coy Siddall, minister of the North Brookwood Way Church of Christ.  Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9.  Burial will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the Wolf Creek Cemetery in McConnellsville.

Lola B. Marshall, 74, died Thursday, June 13, 2002.  She was born in Ohio on July 3, 1927 and has been a resident of Mercer Island since 1966.  She retired in 1983 from the City of Bellevue Police Department as a commissioned officer after 14 years of service.  Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Dick Marshall; three children, Sharon Walker (Max) of Nampa, Idaho, Gail Birelind (David) of Marion Indiana, and Rich Marshall of Seattle; four grandchildren, Jen, Doug, Garrett and Elise; sister, Leota Miller of Mansfield.  A memorial will be held on Monday, June 17, 2002 at Green’s Kirkland Funeral Home in Kirkland, Washington.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Evergreen Hospice Services, 12822 124th Lane NE, Kirkland, WA 98034.
